Shelby yanaga
PastorPastor Shelby Yanaga was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. In 2023, he and his family followed God's leading to Las Vegas, where he serves as a hospice chaplain, providing biblical encouragement and compassionate care to patients and their families during life's most difficult moments.
In February 2026, Shelby was called to serve as the pastor of Redrock Baptist Church. He is passionate about faithfully preaching God's Word, making disciples, and helping people grow in their relationship with Christ.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and later completed a Master of Arts in Biblical Exposition at Liberty University. He and his wife, Marissa, have three children—Ellie, Ben, and Jessa.
Nancy Adcock
Office ManagerNancy Adcock has faithfully been a part of the Redrock Baptist Church family for more than 60 years. As the church's Office Manager, she is often the first friendly face people meet and works behind the scenes to help keep the ministry running smoothly.
Nancy's love for the church is rooted in a lifetime of service. Her late husband faithfully served as pastor of Redrock Baptist Church, and together they invested many years in ministering to the church family and the Las Vegas community.
When she's not at the church, Nancy enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Nora Mae.
